The Troy Davis case is a modern-day reminder that Jim Crow-era "justice" is alive and well.

Racist police forces coerced and intimidated witnesses, most of whom later recanted. There is no physical evidence linking Troy Davis to the crime for which he is being put to death.

The Justice Department has launched civil rights violations investigations linked to police misconduct recently in Seattle, Cleveland, and Newark, New Jersey.

You must take action. Stop the execution of an innocent man.
